On Sunday, a friend of mine asked me how to be more happy--how to feel the way I feel about my life everyday. The way I've felt lately is purely by choice, completely planned, and efforts are constantly made. I'm committed to making sure my life isn't stagnant, that I'm against routines (aside from the gym, and even then, I change things up a bit from time to time). It's important for me to feel alive every day. I like a bit of chaos, I like crowds, I like being in environments where people choose to live and thrive on their natural energy. I think it's important to realize that your daily life is a choice, and that what you do each day--the decisions you make--are purely your decisions. You are making life decisions that determine the outcome. You put yourself in situations you want to be in.
Maybe it's just me being a thinker, controlling the way I feel through rationality and thought, but overall, I have to say I agree with these five techniques to spice up your life!
