It's been a long time since I felt stressed, and activities usually do their calming trick, so I'm at a loss. Yesterday I baked my little heart out as a stress relief mechanism. Today I'm indulging in a bit of retail therapy in hopes of feeling at ease. During the week, I no longer have that kind of time.
So that's the dilemma I'm having. How do you stay balanced and well when you don't have the time to do it?
